2nd Annual Oak Hill World Bazaar
February 9, 2013
10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
7700 Oak Hill Road
Evansville, IN 47725
The second Saturday in February is a special day at Oak Hill School. We invite our Families and community to participate in a day of learning, fun, and giving. Our gym is transformed into a marketplace where you will find Fair Trade Booths, student art booths, American quilt displays, and other charitable organizations. Children can create crafts for a small fee. You will be entertained by our students singing international songs while you shop. Children will receive a passport to visit different countries and try their hand at traditional cultural games! You can buy a ticket to try our international food tasting where local restaurant owners donate an international dish for us to serve. All proceeds go to the local food pantries. The entrance fee to our bazaar supports the study of our country’s history and a student-designed American Constitution outdoor classroom. We are collecting used children’s books to sell to support Heifer International which will be held for the students before the bazaar.
